During 2025, the FDA inspected nine different device companies located in Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This number represented the third highest count of inspections by company type conducted by the FDA in Oklahoma, accounting for 6.3% of all inspections that year.

Among Oklahoma’s device sector companies, F & A Foundation received the greatest number of FDA citations in 2025.

The FDA routinely inspects facilities across the nation to determine if the workplace and their products are compliant with FDA-regulated laws and regulations implemented to improve overall public health. Inspection results are then disclosed publicly.
