United States Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the results of the December Federal Grand Jury 2025-A indictments. Several individuals have been charged with violations of federal law, following indictments returned by the Grand Jury. The announcement emphasized that an indictment is a method of informing a defendant of alleged violations, and that guilt must be proven in court beyond a reasonable doubt.
Roy C Adams, 34, from Tulsa, faces charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Tulsa Police Department conducted the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Mike Flesher is prosecuting this case.
Andres Avila Pineda, 48, a Mexican national, and Anthony Avila, 22, from Houston, Texas, are charged with conspiracy to traffic firearms. Andres Avila Pineda also faces charges for possessing a firearm while unlawfully residing in the United States. The ATF and Homeland Security Investigations led the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorneys John W. Dowdell and Kenneth Elmore are handling prosecution.
Jose Cruz-Cordova, 37, a Mexican national, is accused of unlawful reentry after having been previously removed from the United States in October 2019. Homeland Security Investigations investigated this case with Assistant U.S. Attorney Ammon Brisolara prosecuting.
Adrian Parker Gaines, 38, from Grove, has been indicted for production of child pornography involving use of a minor child to produce explicit material depicting sexual abuse. The FBI was responsible for investigating this matter; Assistant U.S. Attorney Kate Brandon is prosecuting.
Nieves Norberto Garcia-Rodriguez, 44, also a Mexican national, is charged with unlawful reentry after prior removals in September 2010 and December 2015. Homeland Security Investigations conducted the investigation; Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Jolly is prosecuting.
Leonel Longoria-Quirino, 32 and a Mexican national as well, faces charges for unlawful reentry after being removed in October 2017. Homeland Security Investigations investigated; Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Jolly prosecutes.
Waymer Emeterio Orozco-Orozco, 27 and originally from Guatemala, is charged both with possessing a firearm while unlawfully present in the United States and with unlawful reentry after removal in January 2019. Homeland Security Investigations led this case; Assistant U.S. Attorney Augustus Forster prosecutes.
Sequoyah Blake Tanner, age 23 from Tulsa and identified as a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, has been indicted on involuntary manslaughter charges related to driving under the influence of marijuana and alcohol resulting in death of Zion Joseph Sier within Indian Country jurisdictional boundaries. The FBI along with Tulsa Police Department handled investigations; prosecution by Assistant U.S. Attorney Niko Boulieris.
Rovin Alexail Vasquez-Cinto is charged at age 27 as a Guatemalan national for possessing a firearm while unlawfully residing in the United States; Homeland Security Investigations handled this case with prosecution by Assistant U.S. Attorney Augustus Forster.
