DaQurius Razjoune Johnson, also known as Daquarius Razjoune Johnson, has pleaded guilty to illegally possessing ammunition. The 33-year-old resident of Muskogee, Oklahoma, admitted to one count of being a felon in possession of ammunition. This charge carries a potential penalty of up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The indictment against Johnson stated that he knowingly possessed thirty-five rounds of ammunition on July 24, 2024. At the time, he had already been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year in prison.
The investigation was conducted by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Lighthorse Tribal Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration. U.S. Magistrate Judge D. Edward Snow accepted Johnson’s plea and ordered a presentence investigation report.
A U.S. District Court Judge will later determine the sentence based on U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors. Until then, Johnson will remain in custody under the United States Marshals Service.
