A Tulsa man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for producing child pornography, as announced by U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson. Gregory Miller, aged 56, received the sentence from U.S. District Judge John F. Heil III. In addition to the prison term, Miller will be subject to lifetime supervised release and must pay a $15,000 fine. He is also prohibited from contacting the victim and will be required to register as a sex offender upon his release.
The investigation began in February 2024 when law enforcement executed a search warrant at Miller’s residence and seized several electronic devices. These devices contained images and videos of an eight-year-old child known to Miller, posed in sexually explicit ways. The materials were found to have been created at Miller’s home.
Miller remains in custody awaiting transfer to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.
The case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations and the Tulsa Police Department, with Assistant U.S. Attorneys Ashley Robert and Christopher J. Nassar leading the prosecution.
This legal action is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006 aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse through collaboration between federal, state, and local resources.
