The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center in Enid, Oklahoma, is set to host "Liquid History: Flash & Fizz" on Friday, April 11, from 6-9 p.m. This event is part of the "Museum After Dark" series and will offer attendees a historical exploration of sodas. Participants will be guided through the Humphrey Heritage Village to learn about the origins and development of popular carbonated drinks, with each stop featuring samples of fizzy beverages or soda-based concoctions.

Simultaneously, there will be a special preview of "A Body of Work: More Than Skin Deep," an exhibition showcasing art by tattoo artists from northwestern Oklahoma. Artists from Culture Tattoo in Enid and Red Sagas Tattoo Parlor in Woodward will be present to discuss their work. Both studios will provide flash tattoos for an additional fee on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers must be at least 18 years old and present valid identification. Payment options vary between cash and card for Culture Tattoo and cash only for Red Sagas.

Tickets for "Liquid History" are priced at $30 per person and can be purchased online. Group tours begin at 6 p.m., with departures every 30 minutes until 9 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to visit the new exhibit either before or after their tour without extra charges.

Regular admission fees apply for entry to the preview of "A Body of Work." Tickets can be acquired at the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center during the event hours from 5-9 p.m. Members of both the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center and the Oklahoma Historical Society receive free admission.

Both events are open to all ages. For more details or ticket information, visit csrhc.org or call 580-237-1907.
