The Chisholm in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, will conduct a cast-iron cooking class on Saturday, April 26, from noon to 5 p.m. Attendees will gain practical knowledge about using cast-iron cookware, focusing on caring for and cooking with it. During the session, participants will prepare a Dutch oven dish and engage in a group meal. The class will cover both historical and contemporary recipes, along with outdoor cooking techniques.
This educational session is open to individuals aged 12 and up, with adult supervision required for minors. The class is priced at $40 for individuals or $60 per pair. All necessary materials will be provided. Participants must preregister and complete payment to confirm attendance, as the class size is limited to 30.
