The Oklahoma History Center Museum, in collaboration with the Japan American Society of Oklahoma, is set to host a calligraphy class next month. The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 12, and will take place from 1 to 3 p.m.

Calligraphy has a rich history in Japan, tracing back several centuries. Despite changes in styles over time, it remains a popular practice.

Participants interested in the class must register online via the Museum Store. The fee is $24 for Oklahoma Historical Society (OHS) members and $34 for nonmembers, which includes all necessary supplies. Registrations close on Saturday, April 5.

The Oklahoma History Center Museum, situated at 800 Nazih Zuhdi Drive in Oklahoma City, welcomes visitors Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
