The Oklahoma Territorial Museum is set to host a Lunch and Learn event with author Michael J. Hightower on Friday, February 21, from noon to 1:30 p.m. Hightower will discuss his latest book, “Justice for All: Dick T. Morgan served as an Oklahoma Congressman from 1909 until his death in 1920, contributing significantly to the creation of the Federal Reserve System, Federal Trade Commission, and Federal Farm Credit System.
